Returns & Eligibility
We only accept return requests for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear proof of the issue.
Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or improperly handled products. Items purchased for research purposes are non-refundable unless they meet the conditions stated above.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement item at our discretion. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
NuVera BioMed is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in resolving such issues where possible.
